Well folks,

I haven’t posted in some time, and I write to assure you that I was not, in fact, lost in Asia. Everyone in the group, including myself, made it home safe and sound, though I personally slept through pretty much the entire Pacific Ocean while on the plane home.
Having been back for nearly a full two months now, I have gotten back into the groove of things, but I still have moments of strange revelation: I hear someone mention sushi and I realize I’ve eaten sushi that was living a few hours before in a Tokyo sushi restaurant.; someone mentions bicycles and I realize I rode a bicycle around a still-standing Chinese city wall. And while abroad, those things were just a matter of course.

In any case, the reason for this post  is to let you know that this term is quite hectic, and I may not be able to post very much this term.
